Discord Role Assignment

In the Public Relations Discord, each applicant will receive two different roles that both have different meanings that symbolize different things.

Awaiting Interview

This role is used to ping the ones who are awaiting an interview to be completed. Once pinged, they will have the opportunity to join the waiting room for a interview.

Applicant Role

Each department has its own applicant role to signify what department they have applied for. This is used to symbolize what department they applied for, and can be used for assistance of interview stage, and help interviewers who would like to interview applicants of their department.

These roles are required to assign directly after the application is accepted through the website.
