Memo Description

This policy outlines the meaning and reason for HR Officers of a set month. This memo is made to share to the division of someone's outstanding work that can't go unnoticed.

Eligibilities for Officer of the Month

  1. No department related 10/90 or 10/93's within the month.

  2. No bad reviews on a hosted training or interview within the month.

  3. Holds a good reputation consistently within the division.

  4. Reaches all requirements of activity with even over and beyond.

Officer of the Month Outcomes

  1. A presented recommendation letter written to your head of department of the outstanding work brought into the division.

  2. A higher chance of promotion within the division.

  3. A presented award posted in the Human Resource's Discord.

  4. A special role specifying your accomplishment.
