#012 - Non-HR Volunteers

Memo Description

This policy explains the requirements and regulations of assisting in Human Resource hosted trainings as a non-hr member. This gives members the opportunity to help in Human Resources without actually being a member of the division.

Requirements

  1. Have a good standing with the community and your primary department.

  2. Able to act for scenarios and training purposes.

  3. No 10-90s or 10-93s within the last 60 days.

Rules & Regulations as a Non-HR Volunteer

  1. At no time may you make any sort of advice or pointers while in the training.

  2. You must obey all rules set into place by the lead instructor of the training.

  3. No horseplaying or cause of distraction towards the recruits.

  4. You must conduct scenarios as told by the lead instructor of the training.

Any member caught in violation of this policy will face termination from ever assisting in a training of the Human Resources and depending on the infraction may receive a in-game warning to other necessary disciplinary action.
