Memo Description

This policy is a general set of rules and expectations we require here in the Auspire HR Department. We, in HR Command and ARP Head Administration, want to make sure interviews are being completed. We are committed to growing the Community and need our HR Members to help contribute to that.

The below requirements are set for all HR Officers -> HR Advisor.

  1. Required to complete a minimum of two (2) interview each month.

  2. Required to attempt to post at least three (3) trainings. (This can be primary or advanced trainings).

Logging of Hours

Interviews

Hours automatically log when performing interviews only after the interview is submitted. When it comes to interviews, your activity is set to active after completing the two (2) interview requirement for the month. The duration of the interview will also add to your hours for the month.

Abandoned interviews will NOT count towards your activity. Only conducted interviews that either fail or pass are logged onto your activity sheet located in the roster.

Trainings

During trainings, your hours are submitted on only Completion of the training. Any cancelled trainings will not count towards your hour sheet or stats located in the roster for activity. Assistants will receive their hours through the completion section within the trainers host side. The training host has to manually assign the trainings hours to each assistant as a way of "dismissal".

All training hosts are REQUIRED to assign the training hours to assistants. They will receive the same hours as the training host but will not receive the statistic on the roster.

Logging of Department Patrol Hours

All trainings can also be logged within department activity hours. This must not be abused or modified if not according to the trainings duration. You can preview through your Activity Page of durations for proper logging.

Any member caught in violation of this policy will face termination from HR regardless of the assets you provided or voluntarily worked on and finally your rank in HR no matter probation or CoC.

The only exception to this policy is due to lack of applications within a month period.
