The home page will show you all of the important information that operates the Human Resources Division. The home page will include system stats, different areas of Human Resources, administrative areas, system access codes, and much more!

Red - Your current statistics within HR! Orange - All your recorded activities such as interviews, or trainings with the title, date, and involved people. Blue - The system access code for all new HR users to join with! Green - The sidebar which includes all sorts of features mentioned below!

Sidebar Options

  1. Dashboard - The opening page that prompts you statistics, your statistics, and important information in relation to the department.

  2. Training Calendar - All prior hosted trainings, and upcoming trainings are all put into our own calendar for scheduling, and tracking!

  3. Training & Interviews - Where to host trainings, post discord embed training schedules, interviewing, and records are found.

  4. Rosters - Where our department roster, and other department rosters are located with all current active members of the community.

  5. Statistics - Showing all the statistics of the community!

  6. eCourse Management (Seen only by department FTO leads or department administration) - Where all courses within our eCourse system can be assigned to particular members in each department by the field training division.

  7. Admin (HR Evaluators+) - Where all permissions, front end development can be found by the staff team of Human Resources.

  8. Lightmode/Darkmode - Where you can set your entire application to either a dark mode or light mode.

  9. Logout - To logout of the HR System.
