#003 - Applicant Department Change

Memo Description

This policy outlines the rules and expectations for department changes during the application and interview process within our Auspire Roleplay. The goal of this policy is to ensure a smooth and fair process for all applicants, providing clear guidelines on when and how a department change can be requested. We strive to maintain a professional and organized community, and this policy helps to ensure transparency and consistency.

Department Change Eligibility

  1. Applicants may request a department change at any time during the Awaiting Review, Awaiting Interview, or Interview phases.

  2. During the Interview phase, changes can be requested up until the last question is asked.

  3. Both department staff must approve this decision.

Requesting Procedure

  1. To request a department change, applicants should inform the interviewer or the HR team directly.

  2. After the interview is complete, no further department change requests will be accepted. Applicants will need to submit a transfer request on our website.

Any member caught in violation of this policy will face termination from HR regardless of the assets you provided or voluntarily worked on and finally your rank in HR no matter probation or CoC.
