Memo Description

This policy outlines the process of exemptions within either primary trainings, or advanced courses made by the Human Resources or hosted by the division.

Primary Tagged Trainings

1. Basic LE Training Academy

   • Require Permission from the HoDs of the department.

2. Los Santos Police Academy

   • Require Permission from the HoDs of the department.

3. San Andreas Communications Academy

   • Require Permission from the HoDs of the department.

4. San Andreas Fire & Rescue Academy

   • Require Permission from the HoDs of the department.

Secondary Tagged Trainings

Any advanced course made only by the Human Resources Division. Advanced courses created by departments are prohibited from exemption from the Human Resources Administration.

Process of an Exemption

1. The head of department would contact Human Resources Administration in relation of a exemption request for either a recruit or a member of their department.

2. The #2 or #3 position of Human Resources would file an Exemption Form.

3. Discussion with the HR Director of the reasons and final saying if the exemption is necessary.

4. Exemption Form is approved and updates the user in the system.

All exemptions must follow this process to be creditable from the Human Resources Division. If an exemption is granted without authorization, the exemption will be revoked, and additional discipline will be handled.

Any member caught in violation of this policy will face termination from ever assisting in a training of the Human Resources and depending on the infraction may receive a in-game warning to other necessary disciplinary action.
