My Department

The my department page is for department field training management which includes hosted department trainings, department exams, a webhook management. Please review below of the guide for all features.

Field Training Roster

This roster includes all HR certifications which if a member is not in human resources, will show just training. This permission strictly grants the permission to host department trainings.

HR Certifications - All human resources certifications.

Department Certifications - All department training certifications.

Department Permission Level - The overall permission level within the department.

Hosting Department Trainings

Directly below the roster, is an option labeled as Host Department Training. Clicking the megaphone icon will display the form below.

Type of Training - The training you would like to host. Only trainings you are certified within the roster will be visible.

Department - Your current department.

Embed ID - Embeds posted within the discord have a special ID to be able to send time revisions to the training or cancel them.

Ping Department Role - All discord roles are saved within the department so, click the labeled role that fits the training you are hosting.

Meeting Location - Simply use either TeamSpeak channels for the initial meeting location.

Date/Time of Training - Using the discord timestamp will auto convert the time into every members current time zone. Reference here to generate one.

Post Schedule - To post the training schedule.

Cancel - To cancel the training schedule.
