Law Enforcement Onboarding

Below will be the proper procedures on properly intaking a new member within Auspire Roleplay. Please follow each phase completely to successfully intake a new member with no issues.

Phase #001 - Community Signup Form

During the community sign-up form, you need to walkthrough with the new member who has completed their interview stage. The signup form can be found here.

MAKE SURE THEY PUT THEIR INTAKE DATE AND NOT THEIR BIRTHDAY!

Retrieving Discord ID

Head to User Settings in your discord, then Advanced, lastly enable Developer Mode to view Discord IDs.

This phase is only conducted towards accepted members of the interview phase. If the applicant fails the interview stage, reference to blank.

User Settings > Advanced > Developer Mode

Right Click your name in the discord, then copy User ID.

Phase #005 - CAD/MDT Permissions

Phase #006 - Optional Review Form

You can send the new member this form as an optional review for your performance.

Phase #007 - Registering Recruit for eCourse

Username: Can be decided by the recruit.

Password: Auto-generated.

Found in #curriculum-accounts, the account information can be send only to the person you have just interviewed!
